What Belongs in an Inflatable Freight Quote?
A useful inflatable freight quote identifies the exact goods, destination, delivery service, included charges and exclusions. Comparing product price alone can leave important delivery questions unresolved.
Give the seller enough destination and service information to describe the delivery scope. Use private inquiry channels for street addresses and other details that do not belong in a public form or comparison worksheet.
Define the destination and service
Provide the delivery ZIP and say whether the location is business or residential. Note unloading equipment, appointment needs, access restrictions, dock availability, and any route or receiving limits. Confirm the shipment origin and whether the goods are in stock or made to order.
Keep production, dispatch, and transit separate. A dispatch estimate is not the same as a delivered date, and a transit estimate depends on the service and destination assumptions in the quote.
